Từ ngày 26 đến ngày 29/11/2025, tại Trung tâm Triển lãm Istanbul, Thành phố Istanbul, Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ đã diễn ra Hội nghị Thượng đỉnh Halal Toàn cầu lần thứ 11 (11th World Halal Summit) và Triển lãm Halal 2025 (Halal Expo 2025).
Các sự kiện này được tổ chức bởi Công ty Discover Events dưới sự bảo trợ của Tổng thống Cộng hòa Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ, hợp tác với Viện Tiêu chuẩn và Đo lường của các Quốc gia Hồi giáo (Standards and Metrology Institute for Islamic Countries - SMIIC), Trung tâm Phát triển Thương mại Hồi giáo (Islamic Centre for Development of Trade - ICDT) và các tổ chức liên quan của Tổ chức Hợp tác Hồi giáo (Organization of Islamic Cooperation - OIC) chủ trì tổ chức, Ủy ban Kinh tế Đối ngoại của Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ (Foreign Economic Relations Board - DEIK) hỗ trợ. Hội nghị nhằm mục đích nâng cao nhận thức về nhiều khía cạnh của nền kinh tế Halal, hỗ trợ sự phát triển của ngành và thúc đẩy hợp tác.
Hội nghị Thượng đỉnh Halal Toàn cầu năm nay quy tụ các chuyên gia quốc tế, quan chức chính phủ, học giả và các chuyên gia luật học Hồi giáo từ khắp nơi trên thế giới (18 quốc gia, 59 diễn giả, 9000 đại biểu), với 10 phiên thảo luận giải quyết các chủ đề liên quan đến nền kinh tế Halal trong các lĩnh vực bao gồm tài chính, du lịch, thực phẩm, dược phẩm, mỹ phẩm, dệt may và thời trang. Trong khi đó, Triển lãm Halal 2025 có sự tham gia của hơn 500 nhà triển lãm đến từ khoảng 40 quốc gia trong các lĩnh vực như thực phẩm Halal, mỹ phẩm, tài chính, dệt may, du lịch và y tế. Triển lãm thu hút 40.000 - 50.000 khách thăm quan đến từ hơn 110 quốc gia, hơn 5.000 cuộc gặp kết nối doanh nghiệp.
Đại sứ Việt Nam tại Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ Đặng Thị Thu Hà và đại diện Vụ Trung Đông – Châu Phi, Bộ Ngoại giao cùng Đoàn đại biểu Tỉnh Lâm Đồng do đồng chí Đinh Văn Tuấn, Tỉnh ủy viên, Phó Chủ tịch Ủy ban Nhân dân Tỉnh, làm Trưởng Đoàn, đã tham dự Lễ khai mạc và các phiên thảo luận của Hội nghị Thượng đỉnh Halal Toàn cầu. Cũng trong khuôn khổ của Hội nghị, các đại biểu Việt Nam đã có cuộc gặp và trao đổi với ông İhsan Övüt, Tổng Thư ký Viện Tiêu chuẩn và Đo lường cho các Quốc gia Hồi giáo (SMIIC) và ông Zafer Soylu, Chủ tịch Cơ quan Halal Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ (Halal Accreditation - HAK) để tìm hiểu về quy trình xây dựng tiêu chuẩn Halal thống nhất, dịch vụ công nhận Halal tại Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ; tiềm năng, lợi thế của Việt Nam về Halal; triển vọng hợp tác Halal giữa Việt Nam và Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ; đồng thời trao đổi các hình thức hợp tác giữa hai bên cũng như sự phối hợp của các cơ quan liên quan hai nước trong lĩnh vực này.
Tại Triển lãm Halal 2025, với hai gian hàng triển lãm, các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam đã để lại dấu ấn mạnh mẽ với việc trưng bày các sản phẩm đa dạng từ nông sản, thực phẩm, mỹ phẩm, dược liệu và du lịch. Sự tham gia tích cực các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ Việt Nam không chỉ quảng bá hình ảnh các sản phẩm, dịch vụ của Việt Nam vươn xa với sự chuyên nghiệp và sáng tạo, mà còn góp phần khẳng định tiềm năng của Việt Nam trong việc trở thành một mắt xích tin cậy trong chuỗi cung ứng Halal toàn cầu. Bộ trưởng Thương mại Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ Ömer Bolat, Phó thống đốc Istanbul Elif Canan Tuncer và Chủ tịch Hội đồng Quản trị Discover Events, Chủ tịch Hội đồng Hội nghị Thượng đỉnh Halal Toàn cầu Yunus Ete đã thăm gian hàng triển lãm của Việt Nam.
Ngoài tham dự các sự kiện nói trên, Đoàn đại biểu Tỉnh Lâm đồng còn thăm Tỉnh Konya – trung tâm nông nghiệp và công nghiệp hàng đầu về sản xuất máy móc nông nghiệp và phụ tùng ô tô của Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ - để quảng bá về Tỉnh Lâm Đồng và tìm kiếm cơ hội hợp tác kinh doanh với các doanh nghiệp của Konya./.

Viet Nam Participates in the 11th World Halal Summit and Halal Expo 2025
From 26 to 29 November 2025, the 11th World Halal Summit and Halal Expo 2025 took place at the Istanbul Expo Center in Istanbul, Türkiye. These events were organized by Discover Events under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, in collaboration with the Standards and Metrology Institute for Islamic Countries (SMIIC), the Islamic Centre for Development of Trade (ICDT), and related institutions of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), with support from the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Türkiye (DEIK). The summit aimed to raise awareness regarding various aspects of the Halal economy, support industry development, and foster cooperation.
This year’s World Halal Summit brought together international experts, government officials, scholars, and Islamic jurisprudence experts from across the globe (representing 18 countries, with 59 speakers and 9,000 delegates). It featured 10 distinct sessions addressing topics related to the Halal economy across sectors such as finance, tourism, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, textiles, and fashion. Meanwhile, Halal Expo 2025 saw the participation of over 500 exhibitors from approximately 40 countries, showcasing sectors including Halal food, cosmetics, finance, textiles, tourism, and healthcare. The exhibition attracted between 40,000 and 50,000 visitors from more than 110 countries and facilitated over 5,000 B2B meetings.
H.E. Ambassador of Viet Nam to Türkiye Đặng Thị Thu Hà, representatives from the Department of Middle East - Africa (Ministry of Foreign Affairs), and a delegation from Lâm Đồng Province led by H.E. Đinh Văn Tuấn, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, attended the Opening Ceremony and discussion sessions of the World Halal Summit. Within the framework of the Summit, the Vietnamese delegates held meetings and discussions with H.E. Mr. İhsan Övüt, Secretary General of the Standards and Metrology Institute for Islamic Countries (SMIIC), and H.E. Mr. Zafer Soylu, Chairman of the Halal Accreditation Agency (HAK). These meetings focused on understanding the process of developing unified Halal standards and Halal accreditation services in Türkiye; discussing Viet Nam's potential and advantages in the Halal sector; exploring prospects for Halal cooperation between Vietnam and Türkiye; and exchanging views on forms of cooperation and coordination between relevant agencies of both countries in this field.
At Halal Expo 2025, Vietnamese enterprises made a strong impression with two exhibition booths showcasing a diverse range of products, including agricultural produce, food, cosmetics, medicinal materials, and tourism services. The active participation of Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises not only promoted the image of Vietnamese products and services, demonstrating professionalism and creativity, but also contributed to affirming Vietnam's potential to become a reliable link in the global Halal supply chain. Turkish Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, Deputy Governor of Istanbul Elif Canan Tuncer, and Mr. Yunus Ete, Chairman of the Board of Discover Events and President of the World Halal Summit Council, visited the Vietnamese booths.
In addition to attending the aforementioned events, the Lâm Đồng Province delegation visited Konya Province - a leading agricultural and industrial hub in Türkiye known for agricultural machinery and automotive parts production - to promote Lâm Đồng Province and seek business cooperation opportunities with enterprises in Konya./.
